"So, you need to buy a wedding gift and you're not sure what to get. My name is Blake Kennedy, with Kennedy Brothers Estate Services. I know that's one of the hardest things to do is try and figure out what that person wants for a wedding present; something that you want to make sure is special to them. But the first thing you want to do is find out where they're registered. You might want to go to somebody that's in the wedding party and find out where they've registered, and they might have registered at several places, so make sure you you try all those places, and get the list that they have and see what have been left over, what they still need. And if you're not happy with those, here's something that I like to do. I like to go and ask some of the people that I know that have been married for a short period of time, and I also like to ask people that have been married a long time; what was one of those special things that they bought, that they received for a wedding present that still sticks out in their mind. It might not be something that anybody else remembers, and it might not be something that you want to buy em', but there could be something that somebody says that was married for a long time or a short time that they will always remember when buying that wedding present. And that always seems to be special to that person because it's not something they were expecting, and it's something they seem to hang onto for a long time because some of the older couples still have that item displayed in their house that they got for that wedding present. So you know, ask around. You don't always have to go by the registry and what they want. My name is Blake Kennedy, and I hoped you, Hope that helped you. Good luck."
