"Hi, my name is Veronica Baragas with my wigglesandgiggles.com, and I'd like to share with you how children can balance school, home and other activities. Well first I would say just kind of take a look at your schedule and the kind of habits that you use and techniques and strategies to balance home, work, family, and personal time. Now it's not something that we want to put a lot of stress on, because at an early age we don't want to encourage stress, but we want to find a way to make it less stressful for them, maybe help them get on a schedule, a routine, and possibly maybe you can help out with some of these activities that they're doing, and especial with home, find a way to get a little bit of personal time in by talking to your kid about what's most important, and their priorities, that'll definitely help, maybe be a little bit more enthusiastic about what they're doing. And make sure they don't have too much on their shoulders, we don't want to weigh too much on them, so maybe they have too many activities going on, or find out what's causing a lot of stress at home, or maybe talk to their teachers about what's their requirements are. So basically take a look at all the elements involved, and find out whether you can add a little bit more here, or take off a little bit there, and don't pressure too much, don't put too much stress on the children, let them know that this is just practice, and they're learning how to do and balance all these things for the future as they become adults. So it'll play a big part on what you can do and to helping them. And as I say, the best example is to lead by example. So what they see on how you handle things, will definitely help with that, so just take your time to get to know your child and figure out what it is that you can do to help them with all their activities."
