"If you find yourself with any sinus pain, or any certain things that are causing more trouble in your sinuses, a good way to help relieve sinus pain is what we're going to be talking about today. I'm Dan Carlson, I'm a nurse. There are certain things like taking maybe lavender and sprinkling it into a boiling pot of water as that will help clear up your sinuses. Maybe use a nasal decongestant. Another little trick is you can take your forefinger and your thumb and plug right above the space between your eyes here for about 15 seconds and you'll notice that may help a little bit. Drinking hot tea help a lot. You're going to want to try to do that about 3 times a day. Maybe what you need to do is use a humidifier and maybe that'll help cause it or just boiling water or maybe a hot towel on the face. Those certain little tricks can help you relieve sinus and nasal pain. Another thing is to use medications recommended by a physician. If the pain continues definitely see a physician or consult somebody who can help you with medication like a pharmacist. I'm Dan Carlson, that's how to help with relieving sinus pain."
