"Hemorrhoids can be very uncomfortable, irritating and make it hard for you to go throughout your normal day. A good way to get through, well what we're going to go through is how to get rid of hemorrhoids. I'm Dan Carlson, I'm a nurse and right away to start off with is maybe you want to speak with a doctor if this has been persisting a while, if the pain is too excruciating. They have all sorts of things that they can do with surgeries and removals and reductions and stuff that they can do for that. What you want to do to basically treat the pain is use creams, suppositories are effective, maybe you need just an ice pack. You just apply that to the area and that'll get rid of the irritation and the burning feeling. Always try to keep very clean, maybe use baby wipes instead of regular toilet paper to help clean the area. Clean the area often. Make sure you're trying to prevent an infection from recurring. But mostly you're going to want to talk to a physician if the pain persists, it increases or if you notice any bleeding or anything like that. That is how to get rid of a hemorrhoid. I'm Dan Carlson."
