"Hey, your eyes are looking little dry and irritated. Maybe we can help you with that. we're going to teach you a little bit about how to care for dry eyes today. I'm Dan Carlson. I'm a nurse. First thing you want to do is make sure to be drinking lots of fluids. If the body becomes dehydrated, that will be the first spot you'll see it, is in your eyes. Another thing maybe an allergic reaction and maybe you'll need to speak with a doctor about allergy medications or anything in that matter. One big option is to use artificial tears which are always very effective in helping your dry eyes. Sometimes make up can cause that and you want to refrain from wearing any makeup or anything like that if you're getting dry eyes from it. So to recap, use a lot of fluids. Use Aqua Tears or any artificial tears substance and if you still continue to have lots of problems like that, you may want to speak to an eye doctor. Thank you. I'm Dan Carlson."
