"Hi this is Liz Muller from Liz's Hair Design in Hollywood, Florida. In this clip I'm going to show you how to purify hair color. Now purifying hair color is when the client comes in and you see her previously tinted hair looking kind of dull, unshiny. It is losing its touch and losing its color to it. So you want to bring in the vibrancy. What you want to do is reuse our bleach. I use decolor B by From Easy so we use the decolor B powder. I mix in a good amount of decolor B with the scoop and then I go ahead and do 100 cc's of 5 volume. By taking this and mixing a nice smooth consistency and 5 volume is very very light so you mix it in the bowl. It is bleach but remember you are using 5 volume. You put it on the hair in thin sections. Make it smooth like this, put it in the hair in thin sections like this dividing it really nicely, take them over to the sink and you go ahead and put it in the hair, leave it in for just about 5 to 10 minutes and then you go ahead and rinse it out, maybe 15. Thank you. This is Liz Muller."
