"Hello, my name is Eric White and today I'm going to be talking about how to find replacement keys for your laptop keyboard. The very first place that I would go if your laptop is still under warranty, is I would go to the manufacturer. They're going to be the most likely candidate to carry the keys that you need. The downside to that is if its not under warranty, it's probably going to be a little expensive to do that replacement. You're going to have to send your laptop off to a shipping depot and then they're going to repair it and then ship it back to you so you're going to have to go without your laptop for quite a while. There is an alternative. What you can do is go, you can Google it or you can open up your Yellow Pages and find a laptop repair shop in town. Chances are they've got a ton of these keys or even entire replacement keyboards. So give them a call and I'm pretty sure they'll be able to help you out no problem and they'll keep the costs pretty low compared to going to the manufacturer when things are outside of warranty. Good luck fixing your keyboard."
