"It says now this is illegal right here if it says they removed these spyware robots and suppose that you have a shareware program or whatever that installed this robot on, it says that program is not going to work the same if it is doing this. I always choose o'kay because it won't work if you don't do it that way and if any program is installing robots that you can't remove then that program is not your friend anyway so you want to hit that o'kay. Now the first step they are going to do is back up your registry which is always good for a program to do that and if they make a mistake you can always go back up to where the computer was and you want it to search for updates and immunize the system and you want to start using the program. So when you get in here you want to search for updates first and you want to get the latest and the greatest and sure enough there are updates and you say continue and you just click everything, you want everything that they have got and you want to say download and now go up to the internet and download the latest things and put the little arrow up there as it is going through and hit o'kay and that will be it for this segment. We'll pick up with this in the next one."
