"You are choosing to go into Control Panel. Hit the Start button and let's go into Control Panel and we are going down to Programs and Features and you click that, excuse me double click it and what I want you to think about when you are doing this is you just go up and down the list, go up and down the list and just say to yourself what is that program? If it is something on there that you don't understand and you say what is it because there are programs on here that you don't need to delete I mean they are needed to work the computer and you can go on your web browser and you can google and you can say let me go to that website, let me see what's up, do I want this? If you don't you put a little check by it and then you get rid of it and that is how you make your decisions going up and down but you can always go back up and you can add but if you just want to get rid of the clutter then you can go get rid of the clutter. So I am just going to go over that step one more time here. Remember that we have that program on here that wouldn't let us do anything because we hadn't gotten rid of the antivirus program. I am checking right now and when we got rid of the antivirus program it took that program off of the list so that works real good. I'll click one more and then we'll stop there and again we are uninstalling. You can go through that but this technique is that you understand what the program is because a lot of times you will say what is that. Go up to the Internet Explorer and just hit a search window and say just google it and go to the website and make a decision of whether you want it, whether you can add it and whether you can afford it after the 60 or 30 days and if you can't then that is on your list to take off your computer and you can just streamline everything down."
