"In this segment we are going to talk about some cleanup work and specifically you are deleting programs and we want to clean up a few icons that are on the screen and some things that are going to happen when you remove the antivirus program so we want to look at that. We just got a window up here that says that internet security has been successfully removed but all of a sudden we have another window down at the bottom that says check your antivirus software status. It is basically telling you that your computer is not protected and this is the correct state we want it there because you can't have two antivirus programs running at the same time so you have got rid of one to get the next one. So we are going to accept this down here just don't be alarmed when you see it because we are going to install the AVG in another segment. The first thing you say here is finish and guess what, look what happened right here. Norton has decided to shut down your computer, automatically it didn't say it was going to do that but in order to get all of its pieces off it does need to reboot the computer so you need to reboot the computer for that and everything is going to go down and come back. So when you are uninstalling programs you have to be prepared to sometimes go down, come back in, you have got to find icons and eventually you have to take that selection off the computer so the computer will be rebooting and we'll pick this up when it comes back on."
