"Okay, we're looking at the list and you get; let's move the list to where you can see, you know, here's a live update which is this Norton. You, you can click this. Now, the one of the reasons we want to get rid of this is it says, demo of antivirus program, and you can uninstall that because we're going to be using a frequent. So, we don't want to have competing products on the computer. Okay, now when you get this window up here, they say you still have some of this application registered, and they; they want you to take care of all the other applications first, okay so, here again, I chose a program on here that says, you know, you have to wait and get rid of the other programs first, and so if they say are you sure you want to remove it, just say no and then you go up and down the slide and try to find the parent program. So, you want to always look at and see, think through what they're saying. Now here you go, it says ah, modify; you want to remove everything. So, you click that and here you go, here's a warning. They say you still have sixty days left to use this. Do you really want to do this, okay, and we say next, and then we say next, and then some programs have their own uninstall, but you get it going by clicking the button and watching it go and now it's taking that program off and then we'll go back and get that other segment of it off to the live update part."
