Optimize a Computer: Download AVG Anti-Virus Program

"In this segment we are going to go up on the net using explorer and we are going to download AVG which is a free version which is a freeware antivirus proram. We are going to start by going down to the lower left hand corner of the screen and hit the Internet Explorer tab. We want to go to the top and just type in the site we are going to which is www.download.com. and hit the enter key. That is going to take us to a site and what you are going to find when you get to a site is the most popular downloads and you will see the most popular software. What we want to get this time is AVG antivirus free addition. So we are going to click that. Their going to have all types of information up here about what the program is and we are going to say download this now. Now you have got the window coming up here and we want to save the file. It says what do you want to do now and we want to save it. Now here is where we do our special magic here. Apparently this says that this is going to download but it is really not going there. We have to say browse folders and then we want to go to the computer. We want to go to C drive. We want to go to our folder that we made called downloads and we want to say save that application to that folder. So now the program is coming down to that particular folder and it will generally tell you the estimated amount of time that you are going to need to get it. Depending on your internet it will be different times but we want that program to go to the folder and before we execute it so that is what we have accomplished in this segment."
