"Hi I'm Nequan Peartree from Shoe Diva located in Wilmington, North Carolina and I'm going to talk about how to choose shoes for work. When you go to select shoes for work be it that you are going to stand on your feet all day or if you have an office type setting job you have quite a few options. If you want to select a shoe that is going to be comfortable but still has a little bit of taste and flare I would go with a flat shoe. You want to make sure that that shoe is cushioned on the inside so that it is a lot more comfortable and if you pick a shoe that has some accents such as a buckle or any type of embellishment it provides a little bit more funk. If you go with a flat shoe that is also pointy you also still have the option of lengthening your legs versus if you wear a shoe that has a pump and has a stiletto heel. This leads me to my second option. You can also go with a pump in a stiletto heel if you don't mind the height of it and if you plan to sit the majority of the day. These look good with pants or skirts because they also help to lengthen your legs. Then my third option is a an oxford style shoe or sometimes referred to as a shadoody. These look very good with skirts as well as with pantsuits as well as with any dressed. Oxford shoes provide the height of a stiletto but they are definitely a lot more comfortable because of the platform they have but they still are stylish and if you pick one that has the oxford detailing they really pair well with skirts and pant suits and these are my tips on how to select shoes for work."
