"Hi, I'm Nequan Peartree from Shoe Diva located in Wilmington, North Carolina, and we're going to talk about how to remove scuff marks from patent leather shoes. If you've ever found yourself with a couple of scuff marks on patent leather shoes, no matter what the color are, white, black, purple, pink, there is a quick and easy way to remove those scuff marks. You just need to gather a couple of things. Some nail polish remover as well as a cloth or a cotton ball, which either one would be easier. You want to first dab a little bit of the nail polish remover onto the cloth, not a whole lot, and you don't ever want to apply it directly to the shoe because it can eat up the material. And you just want to dab wherever the scuff mark is. Just dab it gently until you see that the scuff mark has began to disappear. If after a couple of dabs the scuff mark isn't removing, you may want to add a little bit more of nail polish remover to the cloth because sometimes it takes a little bit more. And you still want to dab gently. You don't want to rub because you can take off the surface layer of the shoe. And as you begin to dab, just let it dry. Don't bother it because you don't want to remove, as I said before, any of the shiny material. So you just, if you let it sit and then the scuff mark should be removed. And those are tips on how to remove scuff marks from patent leather shoes."
