"Hello, welcome everybody to my studio, I'm Lars Erik Robinson and my company is Lars Arts: all around art-tainment. Today I thought I'd talk about how we do different gothic symbols. Okay, that's a wide range of different things that we can come up, but usually when I think of gothic symbols, I think of very dark subject matters. They usually use a lot of blacks and less whites. And gothic - if you can envision a lot of black things, a lot of black subjects, full with the blacks. We're going to add a heart there, a cross, there that goes between it, there. Bleeding heart, stuff like that. And maybe a sword, fancy curls on it. Lot of cross hatching. That's what cross hatching is called when you do a lot of strokes like that, when you do an opposite direction it gets darker. And then the sword comes out back here. If you to create you can create this heart really dark, make it really black. You can draw wings, even that has some cross hatching on it. Gothic symbols. So basically gothic symbols maybe could be crosses, or hopefully they realize that's our savior that died for us, and I'm blessed for what he did. And then we have swords, maybe crossing through the heart, a little blood. Once again it's dark, everything is dark usually in gothic art. All right. Some crazy gothic symbols there. Thank you so much for joining me, I'm Lars Robinson."
