"Hi I'm Amelia and I'm going to talk to you about ways to make straight hair curly without using a curling iron because we all know what a curling iron does, it will curl your hair. You can use Zulu knots and I'll show you how to make that or any type of knot or twist is going to add a lot of texture to the hair. You want to make sure that the hair is damp and you have got a good quality styling product in it, a light gel or mousse anything to help give the hair some hold and you just twist that hair all the way until it twists down on to itself. What it is going to look like is this and you let that dry. Another thing you can do is you can just twist the hair around your finger and let it hang and let that dry. You can also just take chunks of hair, wrap it around your finger and pin it and let that dry naturally. What you'll get is with the Zulu knot you'll get a nice kinky looking curl and you just want to use your fingers and lightly pull it out because they are fragile. With this you will get more of a long dreaded look and with that if you let that set long enough you'll get a nice smoother curl with that. You can also use your flat iron to curl just by taking a section, going in and twisting automatically and then you would twist just like you would with your curling iron. You are going to get a little bit more of a loose squared curl not so rounded type and those are some ways that you can make straight hair curly."
