"Hi, I'm Amelia and I'm going to talk to you about how to make an updo bun hairstyle. Now if your hair's all one length, it's real easy. You just put it in a ponytail, twist it around and pin it. Super easy. But for those of us with layered hair, it's a little bit more challenging. So when you've got layers, the idea is to mask some of those layers. So these top layers you're just going to want to kind of tease and give yourself some height through there. Basically take what you can and put it into a ponytail. And it's probably going to be a little bit of a messier bun, but that's okay. Then this, you're just going to want to twist around as much as you can. And you can pin that. You're going to have some little tricky bits hanging out. That makes it interesting. And then your sides, you're just going to kind of want to incorporate back using pins, a little hairspray. And that's how you get a quick updo bun hairstyle with layered hair."
