How to Get Simple, Sleek Hair

"Hi, I'm Amelia, and I'm here to talk to you about, how to get simple, sleek hair. Now when you think about simple and sleek, what comes to mind usually is shiny, soft, very silky looking hair, also hair that doesn't have a lot going on, as far as color, or layers. So with this particular model, she does have quite a bit of layering, but we can disguise that, just by simply flat ironing it, and really turning it under. Another great thing to do is, the low ponytail, that's a great thing to do to get that nice, sleek, tailored look. So you would just sort of brush everything back, and then just put it in a low ponytail, and that's going to give you a nice, sleek, tailored look. Also, for sleek hair, I recommend shine products, something like this Frederick Fekkai style and shine, it does a great job of smoothing out any frizzies, and also adding lots of shine and smoothness to the hair, so you would just work that through. A flat iron is a great tool to get that sleek simple hair at home. It's a little bit more difficult to do at home with a brush, but with a flat iron, all you got to do is grab your hair, section, and always make sure that you comb through after you flat iron. And again, down here, on some of her layers, we're just going to turn those layers under, to give it more of a simple sleek look. Because when you think of sleek, look it up in the dictionary- you see how that gives a nice smooth finished look, compared to this. So, when doing sleek hair, always think smooth, think shine, think simple, not a lot of layers, not a lot going on with the color, you want something very simple, clean, and tailored looking. And those are some ways to get simple, sleek hair."
