How to Hire Employees

"We don't have businesses unless we have employees. And every employee brings to the business a special gift. My name's Gloria Campbell and I'm with Advantage Training Systems in St. Petersburg Florida. And I'm going to talk to you about how to hire the right employee's. The great thing about the opportunity that you have to hire more than one is that you can help a lot of people get what they want, a job. But it's important that you really take a look at what you need. Again in most cases individuals have specific things that they enjoy doing. They have specific responsibilities in training in certain areas. Customer service skills, not everybody like to do that. If you're in business you need to have somebody who likes to deal with the customer. Computer maintenance for instance, you may need a computer maintenance person. Computer maintenance employee's only don't like dealing with customers and they sometimes don't even like dealing with other employee's. But the skills that they bring to the table are necessary. As a good leader, as a good manager you need to become adept at making sure that you have members on your team to fulfill certain requirements and then developing a synergy those team members can work together.
