TheDailyPlate.com has actually changed their website in recent months. They've become a partner with LiveStrong.com. So, at this point, if you want to use TheDailyPlate, to register for their free online tracking, you actually have to do it through LiveStrong.com. Again, it is a free online tracking service. You go to LiveStrong.com, click on TheDailyPlate.com. You can register for a free account. Once you have your free account, you're actually able to search for foods every day. You can choose what day you want to enter foods from, so, say, for example, you had already started tracking your foods and you remembered something you forgot to add in yesterday, you can always go back to yesterday. Just choose the date on the calendar, then type in your food in the search function. Once that food item pops up, you actually just click on the I Ate This button. Once you click on that button, you can modify the portion size to however large a quantity that you ate. Then you just continue to do that for all the foods that you've eaten. If you really want to get specific, they do have a functionality on there where you can choose breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner, all those different options or you can just go by the time. You can pick I Ate This Food at ten forty-five a.m. and you can go that route. So it gives you a lot of different options for tracking your meals whether it's from time or from meal category. And, at the end of the day, it will actually calculate for you your total calories, your carbohydrate in grams, your fiber and a few other different vitamin and mineral, um, key indices. So, it is a good way to do some online tracking. You can actually also use that site to track your physical activity, you can set calorie goals or you can use their own calculator where you input your height, your weight, your age, your gender, what your goals are, if you want to maintain weight, lose weight, gain weight. Once you enter all that data in, it will tell you what they recommend for your calorie level. So you can use that as another tool in guiding your food choices on a daily basis. Another thing, for example, for people who are working on weight management, if they're using the fitness tracker, that will actually help them know how much physical activity to try and include on a daily basis. There is a gold member service and that one is a fee based service. It just allows you a few more options. You have a little bit higher priority level if you have questions that you're posting.
