"HI I'm Amelia and I am going to talk to you about how to deep condition your hair naturally. What you want to look for in some natural products is a lot of emollients. If your hair is on the dry side one of the best things to use is just plain old olive oil. It is a little difficult to get out of the hair at times but it works wonders. That and you mash up some avocados in the blender, about a half a cup of avocado with about a half a cup of olive oil and put that all over as a mask, leave it on for about 20 minutes. You could use heat or you could just wrap your head in plastic and then shampoo that out with a good conditioner, I'm sorry I meant a good shampoo rather and that will leave your hair feeling a lot better. You might smell like a salad though so when using olive oil you may want to get some essential oils, lavender, petri, anything like that to sort of help cover up the smell. You don't need to use regular extra virgin olive oil, you can just use the regular olive oil, the inexpensive kind and you just want to take a little bit in your hand emulsify it and I would do this on dry hair and you just run it through and that you can just leave in until you are ready to shampoo it out. I wouldn't recommend going to the grocery store or anything like that because it does look a little nasty. But once you shampoo that out your hair will feel a lot better so those are some techniques and some options for you for natural deep conditioning."
