"Hello. Today we are going to talk about cleaning your dashboard and center console in your vehicle. You need to be sure that when cleaning the console and the dashboard to stay away from harsh chemicals that can and will in more cases than one discolor the plastic on your instrument panel, harm any sensitive equipment in your center console such as screens, weather they be navigational screens, radio screens. And so you always want to use a very light cleaner such as like a window cleaner to clean your dashboard and center console that way all instrument panels and coverings will not be harmed during the cleaning process. In cleaning the dashboard you want to take your window cleaner. Again, you are always just going to lightly mist your micro-fiber towel and then gently clean the dashboard. Microfiber towels are great for picking up dust and lent. And so what you are going to have is a clean, lent-free area after you have finished wiping down. When cleaning the instrument panel, again you always want to use a window cleaner to clean around the sensitive plastics that way you are guaranteed not to damage the plastic with a harsh chemical. But gently rub around in the area you are cleaning with your microfiber towel. And the microfiber towel is great for picking up lent, dust, and debris and leaving you a very clean, smudge-free surface that is unobstructed with any debris from your vision. And always take care to be mindful not to damage any sensitive sensors or handles by rubbing very gently. In cleaning the center console a very good tool to have is a small paint brush. The bristols will help you to get into any of the cracks and crevices in the center console. And what you want to do is just lightly brush all buttons, knobs, and hard to reach areas that you know that you will not be able to reach with your microfiber towel before you start cleaning. This will loosen all of that debris and it makes it easier for the microfiber towel to pick it up once you start wiping. And it is also important to brush any vents and all areas again that are just hard to reach. Th paint brush is very helpful. Then you are going to lightly mist your microfiber towel with your window cleaner, then wipe the area you are cleaning. The window cleaner is great for cleaning monitors such as the one we have in this car and will not harm it because it is just a very mild cleaning agent inside of the window cleaner. Again, reverse your microfiber towel so that you are using the dry side to dry the area that you have wiped down. And a few more wipes and then what you will have is a clean center console."
