"Okay, now I'm going to show you how to multiply decimals. Let's take the decimal zero point two five. times zero point one six. Multiplying decimals is the same as multiplying any other numbers but you have to take into account the position of the decimal point at the end. So let's multiply, five times six is thirty. Six times two is twelve plus three is fifteen. Now we put a zero here as a placeholder, five times one is five, one times two is two. Now we add and now that we have an answer we need to take into account the position of these decimal places. So we have one, two, three, four digits that are beyond the decimal places. So we need to move this decimal four places, one, two, three, four, so one, two, three, four; the answer is zero point four O, O."
