Hi, I'm Robert Todd and I'm here to help you answer the question, How do I get a quick divorce? Well at the very outset let me say that the sooner you can agree with your spouse on the distribution of assets, and the distribution of liabilities as well as who is going to get custody of the minor children, if there are any involved and what is going to be paid for child support, and what type of visitation terms are going to be agreed upon. And whether there is going to be any support from one spouse to the other. The quicker you can make your divorce happen. What is involved is basically reaching an agreement, having it reduced to writing, and incorporating it with the documents that you will submit to the judge for the final judgement.
