"Hi I'm Evan from Gregg's Cycles and today I'm going to show you how to put a bar plug in the bottom of your handlebars. So after you have got your handlebars wrapped you are going to kind of have some overhang at the bottom of your bar. What you are going to want to kind of do is hold your cap in your one hand and then with your other hand you want to fold the excess in and then just take your bar plug and kind of push that excess in to the bottom of the bar so it will kind of finish it out nice and clean and you won't have any ugly pieces or tidbits hanging out of the side there. It may go in fairly hard but if you just continue to push it will kind of collapse in on itself and kind of fold over and then once it gets in there it will kind of fold over and kind of hold all that nice and tight on the inside of the bar. It will keep your bar wrapped nice and clean and it will keep it from unraveling and all that good stuff. That's how you install a road bar end."
