"Hi I'm Gretchen Rivas with Relax to the Max massage therapy and today we are going to be talking about how to give a face massage. When ever you are working with a client in a face massage. You'd like to start out with a few nice gentle strokes first. Kind of get them used to your hands. And it's nice to take your thumbs and work with a little more pressure over the eyebrow area. And you can also work around the cheekbones too. Some pressure through here around the nose is nice. And always feels good to have your temples rubbed. So give a little bit of extra time for that, especially if they suffer from headaches. And move on down to the ears and massage on each side of the ears. Give a little ear massage to while you are in there in that area. And if you want to stroke down along the jaw, work this area through here, rub the cheeks. Use your palms over the forehead with a few strokes. And it doesn't hurt to go ahead and do a little bit of lifting up with the facial skin. This helps with the production of collagen. Helps give that youthful appearance. And then a few more strokes over the face. And some nice gentle overall stroking, this is very soothing and relaxing. And that's how you give a facial massage."
