"Hi, I'm Gretchen Rivas with Relax To The Max Massage Therapy. And today we're going to talk about, how to find a spa. When you're searching for a spa, one of the things you want to think about is, what it is that you're exactly looking for. And if all you're looking for is a massage, you may not need a full all out spa facility, but if you're looking for aroma wraps, or seaweed wraps, hot stone treatments and some various other things that might involve showers, you might want a full fledge spa routine that's available at some spas. So you would want to start by looking in some of the- you might want to look in the Yellow Pages, and you can Google spas for this particular town that you're going to, or that you live in, and see what they come up. And check out their websites and see what they have to say, because a lot of times you can get a lot more information out of the website than you can out of the Yellow Pages. And then the other thing I would do is, I would call and talk to the person at the spa, and ask them some questions about, what their facility is like, what they offer, how long their therapist have been in training, and how long they've been out of school, and just get some information. Because a lot of times spas hire people fresh out of school that really aren't the best therapist if you're looking for massage work. The other thing you can do is, ask your friends and family if they've been to a spa, and what they thought about it. And then once you find one that you think that you might want to go to, before you book an appointment, you might want to just drop in and see what the facility is like, and then you can always book your massage or your spa treatment that day, after you've looked at everything and make sure it's clean enough to the standards that you're looking for. So I hope those hints helped you on how to find a spa."
