"Hi, I'm Gretchen Rivas with Relax To The Max Massage Therapy and today we're going to talk about how to buy massage supplies. Depending upon where you live, you may or may not have local sources for you to buy massage supplies from. Now I've subscribed to two different magazines, Massage and Massage Therapy Journal and both of these have a wealth of resources in them to order supplies through. You can also look at massagewarehouse.com, they have a ton of different supplies. There are a lot of different suppliers out there for massage needs, but also I have found, I try to get as much as I can from local sources in town. There's a lady in town where I live that has aromatherapy and massage oils and I do a lot of my local business with her as much as possible. Now when I need bigger items like face cradles, massage tables and those types of items, I might order online or from a supplier outside of town for those. But in general, I try to support the local businesses here that do have massage therapy supplies and keep the business in the town, where we are all trying to support each other. And oftentimes the local places too will give you a discount if you are a massage therapist because I know, Eva does where I live, she gives ten percent off for therapists when they order oils through her. So when you're ordering massage supplies, you can go online and look, you can look around locally, you can ask other therapists or you can look in some of the massage journal magazines to look for a source. And that's how you would order massage supplies."
