Today I'd like to talk to you about the questions that you need to ask when you have decided to rent an apartment or a house. The questions that you need to ask first and foremost is what is the average light bill? What is the average water bill cost me? Those are the factors that you need to know and things that you need to ask about when renting because its going to make a difference in your monthly payments. Also, is cable available? How much is that cable? Is Internet available? Does that apartment have wireless Internet already built-in? A lot of them do now, especially the newer models. Also, is there a fee for using the pool or the clubhouse? Those are typically offered in apartments. Houses are, am I required to maintain the landscaping? Most of the time you are. How do they expect you to maintain it? Are you expected to cut hedges? Are you expected to plant flowers? These are things that you need to know. Also, pets. Am I allowed to have a pet? What kind of pet? What is required of that pet? These are a lot of questions that you need to ask about that house or that apartment before you place the rental on it.
