"Hello my name is Penny Smith and I'm a North Carolina real estate broker. Today I would like to talk to you about what are the advantages of renting a house? Well the advantages of renting a house is that it can be a transitional time for you and you could rent a house which means you are the only person, there is no one else connected to you on the side that you could disturb, there is nobody for them to disturb you. Houses, single benefit homes have a lot of benefit for renters. If you have pets, your pets could be kept in the back yard if it is fenced in and not disturb the neighbors. If you enjoy gardening you normally could do that in a house where you cannot have a garden or plant flowers in an apartment. These are my recommendations on renting a house versus an apartment. I hope you have a good day. Thank you."
