"Hello, my name is Penny Smith and I'm a real estate broker in North Carolina. Today I'd like to talk to you about, how to find auctioned homes, homes that are coming up for auction, there are certainly websites of the private different auction companies. You can go to your Yellow Pages actually and look up auctioneers. Call them, ask them for their website and talk to them about the different homes that they have possibly coming up for auction. You can go to different websites and find that information out as well. Sometimes they'll post them on Craig's List, homes that are being auctioned, and you put in a zip code for that area. Any type of advertising that is free that an auction company can use they will certainly use, the Internet, Craig's List, any of those places. So that is my recommendation, is to go to the Internet and to the Real Yellow Pages to find that information out. Make the phone calls, do your homework, but remember, if you're going to bid on an auction house you need to go to a mortgage broker first and have a letter of loan approval and then go find a good real estate agent that knows how to place the proper paperwork for you purchasing an auctioned home. Thank you, and I hope you have a good day."
