"Hello, my name is Penny Smith, and I'm a North Carolina real estate broker. Today, I would like to discuss with you, how to inspect a home, and to determine if it's a good investment. Unless you're a licensed contractor, I don't recommend doing your own inspection. I recommend that you hire some licensed contractor, to inspect your home for you. A licensed contractor knows certain things to look for, and how to look for them. To determine whether it's a good investment, that depends upon the price, necessary repairs, how long you intend to keep it, and if it's in a good location. Those are all things that a good real estate agent, can help you determine, and she could also find a good inspector, to inspect that home for you, prior to making that offer. I highly recommend that you hire a good real estate realtor, to help you to purchase a good investment property. Thank you, and I hope you have a good day."
