"Hello, my name is Penny Smith, and I'm a North Carolina real estate broker. Our topic for today that we're going to discuss is how to get seller financing for a home. When you are looking to buy a house and you need the seller to finance part or all of that, you need to talk to a real estate broker and have them get the proper forms together. You need to talk to that real estate broker before you find the house so that that real estate broker can represent you. The real estate broker will need certain forms and you will need to go talk to a mortgage lender, unless you're doing 100 percent seller financing. And then you would need to go talk to an attorney to draw the proper forms up between you and the seller. But if you're looking for just partial seller financing, then you need to go talk to your mortgage lender and explain to them what your needs are and what you would like to do to obtain seller financing. And that is my recommendations on how do I get seller financing to buy this house. I hope you have a great day. Thank you."
