"So you have been invited to a housewarming party now what? Hi, I'm Hazely Lopez director of Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling and I'm here to talk to you about how to follow etiquette in a house warming party. Your first going to start with dressing appropriately that's definitely going to talk to you and yourself! Also once you arrive there you want to make sure that you park quietly and also responsibly. Please ask your host if you need directions into where to park. The next thing to go on your list should be stepping into the house greeting everybody and of course giving your plant or housewarming gift or even a bottle of wine to your host. You want to continue by start making conversations with other guests. That may be conversation of maybe their jewelry, sports, family, their career, anything to break the ice. Then you also want to keep in mind that when you're talking and having your cocktails please you drink responsibly. You don't want to make any scenes and we want to make sure that we have all a good time. I'm Hazely Lopez director of Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling and remember that having a housewarming party it's all about that, keeping warm and making a house more like a home."
