"Setting an informal table, it can be a little bit confusing. You have different glasses like the wine glasses, different silverware, let's take a look at a picture, and we'll show you how to set up that proper table. I'm Hazely Lopez from Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling, and I'm here to talk to you about how to set up for an informal table. We're going to start with the silverware, and we actually are going to talk about putting two forks, we're going to have the salad fork and the standard fork, in the middle we're going to have the plate, next we're going to have the knife, after that comes the spoon, and then on the top we're going to have the water glass and the red glass wine. Alright, then the trick to all this is to of course keep in mind that you want to make sure you're eating- basically using the silverware from left to right, actually from the outside to the inside, okay. So that's kind of like a little trick that's going to indicate to you that the salad fork is going to be used first because it's located on the outside, alright, and also the spoon is going to be used first because it's located on the outside. Also the plates are simply replaced, alright, from one meal to the other, so as soon as you're done with your soup, you're going to replacing that meal, that plate with your other course, and that's with all the course that you're going to be having, it includes the salad, it includes the main course, and it include the dessert. Basically you're going to be placing your silverware about an inch from the table. You want to make sure you're doing that, and if you're using a napkin you want to also make sure you put that napkin in the actual middle of the plate for accessibility for the actual person that's going to be sitting there. When you're using your water glass you want to put it around a two o'clock position, and then just a little bit right to the bottom, the red wine glass. Really it's so simple to go ahead and make your informal table, it's not as elaborate as a formal one, it's just simple, it looks appropriate, it looks nice, it looks attractive, and it says a lot about you. I'm Hazely Lopez, from Hazely Academy of Refinement and Modeling, and remember, having an informal table talks about you, talks about your manners, so do the best you can."
