How to Import Bookmarks Into Firefox

"Hello, my name is Luis Estrada, and I am a software developer. In this video, I'll show you how to import bookmarks into Firefox. Firefox is a registered trademark of Mozilla, and I'm in no way affiliated with Mozilla. For this demonstration, I'm using Firefox 3. Select the Bookmarks tab, and click on Organize Bookmarks. Press the Import and Backup button, then select Import. Now you have two choices. You can either import Bookmarks from your Microsoft Internet Explorer, or you can import them from an HTML file. If you select the Internet Explorer option, Firefox will add all bookmarks that exist, under your Favorites folder. The next window shows that the Import Wizard was successful. Click on Finish. Select the Bookmarks menu. Scroll down, and at the bottom, we see a new folder, called From Internet Explorer. Now, all your bookmarks from Internet Explorer, are in Firefox as well. Keep in mind that your bookmarks on Internet Explorer, remain intact. Firefox just copies them. The other option that you have, is to import bookmarks from the existing HTML file. To do this, select the HTML option, on the Import Wizard, and locate the HTML file, that holds your existing bookmarks. Press Open, and all bookmarks are imported.
