"You have been to visit a loved one who is in their senior years in a nursing facility and you suspect that they may be mentally abused. Hello I'm Robert Todd and I'm here to answer how to sue for mental abuse and of course there are other sources of mental abuse besides nursing homes but today unfortunately that is one of the most common sources of mental abuse because of the restricted facilities and limited facilities. Other areas or sources of mental abuse sometimes occur in employer, employee relationships and even familiar personal relationships. Because mental abuse is so varied and unless you have been to court before you may want to consider hiring a specialist in this area so that you can present the facts to that individual and they can tell you whether there is even an actionable cause that you are describing.
