"Hi, my name is Lauren and today I'm discussing speeding up hair growth. Whether it's just to create a longer style that you've been waiting for or to grow hair out for a wedding, or to for some special function, or even just to kind of get a bit of a longer do. There are different ways that you can speed up your hair growth, one being more or less internally and the other one being topically. Topically, you can use things such as Apple Cider vinegar and Sage tea as a rinse. And when you're in the shower, you can rinse it through your hair, keep it on for a few minutes, and then rinse it back out. What it does is promotes blood circulation through the scalp by stimulating the scalp and it'll help your hair grow. If you do it, the more often you do it, the more circulation you're promoting which the faster your hair actually will grow. It is a great way, topically, to have your hair grow in a faster rate. Another thing that you can do with shampoo with things like Mane and Tail, that is also supposed to promote hair growth and there are a few other shampoo lines on the market, which I'm sure you can find on like the Internet, that are to promote hair growth. Otherwise you can also do things internally. In order to do it, you can take Biotin. Biotin helps strengthen the carotene bonds and helps produce the carotene bonds that are actually within your hair which will make your hair healthier as it does grow out. Vitamin A is actually essential in to growing out hair. It actually stimulates the scalp, promotes the blood circulation and helps your hair grow. It is one of the most essential vitamins that we not only convert into, convert other minerals and nutrients into it, but you also ingest it. And that is vital to actually having hair grow. Beta-carotene is break, it breaks down into vitamin A, into your body, so that way it'll produce more vitamin A so you can have the beta-carotene in order to create more vitamin A which will also help in your hair grow faster. Vitamin C acts as an anti-oxidant which will actually help with clean, keeping a clean scalp and it'll also help grow your hair and have, by keeping your scalp clean, healthy and by keeping your hair how healthy so that way when your hair does grow out, it'll actually still look healthy and put together rather than straggly towards the bottoms. And Vitamin E promotes scalp circulation, or stimulation, and what basically what that does is it increases the blood flow to the scalp which will then send the blood running past the papilla which is the bottom part of where your hair follicle is and it is what provides all the nutrients for your hair follicles so that way it'll grow. The more you stimulate it, the more growth you will get and that is how you speed up hair growth."
