"Hello my name is Penny Smith and I'm a North Carolina real estate broker. I'm going to talk to you today about how to buy a house, the American dream, absolutely everybody wants to do it and they want to do it as soon as possible in their lives and I am here to tell you it is a wonderful thing to have happen in your life but my first recommendation is honestly to hire a real estate professional. There are a lot of things that the real estate professional does for you that will help you to buy that house and to be protected when buying that house. Yes you could go to a for sale by owner but I don't recommend it and if you do go I highly suggest that you take along your legal representation of a real estate attorney and a regular real estate attorney and your real estate broker. Real estate is the most biggest and important investment you'll ever make in your life. Be careful, don't do it yourself and make sure that you have full representations. There is a lot to buying a house. There is a lot of things that must be done behind the scenes in order to buy that house and a real estate agent, a good one will be able to guide you through that and take care of most of those details for you and that is how to buy a house. Thank you. Hope you have a good day."
