"Hello, my name is Penny Smith, and I'm a North Carolina real estate broker. Today I would like to talk to you about how to fight an eviction. When you are renting, you usually have a lease. A lease points out what you are responsible for, and also what the landlord, the person renting to you, is responsible for. It also gives the legal ramifications for a landlord of what he has to do to put you out his property, and how he has to go about doing it. If you want to fight an eviction, you'll have to fight it in front of a judge. And that requires getting information from an attorney. I highly recommend that you hire an attorney to find out what the legal ramifications are for what you can do and what you cannot do. A real estate eviction is not an easy task, and it usually requires a lot of animosity. So be prepared to fight fair by having a lawyer to fight for you. Thank you and that is my recommendations on how to fight an eviction. Hire an attorney. Have a good day."
