"I'm Gloria Campbell with Advantage Training Systems located in St. Petersburg, Florida. Getting the job interview by sending an e-mail is one of those things that today we just have to know how to do so I am going to give you some things that you don't want to do in telling you. The first thing I'm going to tell you is get yourself a professional e-mail address. Sexy621 just doesn't work for most business people. Make sure you've got a good e-mail address, make sure that you are going to attach your resume, that it is in a form that the other person can open and not have to go through a whole bunch of different things. A rich text format is a good way to do that. Also make sure that your resume is grammatically correct, punctuations are very well taken care of, and make sure that in the address or the message box you put a little something about yourself, what you are applying for and the fact that you are going to call and give them a date or a time when you are going to follow up on your particular resume. Getting e-mails via the internet is something that we all are used to doing. We sometimes get thousands of them so it is the one that stands out that is professional that looks good and catches my attention is the one that I am probably going to open. Again this is Gloria Campbell with Advantage Training Systems. I know this information is going to help you land that next great job."
