"Gloria Campbell with Advantage Training Systems. I am the President and CEO. Getting information on perspective employers is one of the keys in being successful in the job interview. How do you do that? Well let me give you some ideas. The first is to call anonymously. Pick up the telephone, talk to the telephone operator. Talk to the switchboard operator or the person that answers the phone. They will give you great insight into the company, what they like about it some things you may want to be concerned about. Get their annual report. Highlight in that annual report some key things and objectives like the mission and philosophy of the company. Talk to people that have worked there. They're probably your best source of information about the company and then decide is this a company that I want to go to work for? If so then start looking at ways of going on line looking at what jobs are available and making sure that you have all the information that you need. Call for that interview, get it. Gloria Campbell with Advantage Training Systems in St. Petersburg, Florida wishing you a great day."
