"You just got that call, you got that job interview and you are excited. But now what do you do? I'm Gloria Campbell with Advantage Training Systems in St. Petersburg, Florida and I'm going to tell you how to nail that job interview. There are several things you want to do. First of all start thinking and preparing for that job interview right now. Make sure that you get all the information about the company, that you know as much as you can about the job and then make sure that you begin to formulate questions yourself that you know you are going to be asked like tell me something about yourself. How would your duties and responsibilities in your last job fit with this job? Make that connection for the employer. The next thing you want to do is take a look at your appearance. Make sure that you get a lot of sleep. Make sure that you are up and ready. Make sure that you are there at least 15 to 30 minutes before the interview. It is great for the manager or supervisor to come in and see you sitting there. They know that you are the kind of person that they can count on. The next thing that you want to do is make sure that you are prepared, resume, nice copies, good paper, and make sure you have answers to all those difficult questions like why did you leave your last job and what do you think will be different here? That's the way you nail a job interview. The job interview gets you the job. This is Gloria Campbell with Advantage Training Systems and I'm sure you have nailed that interview and you now have that job."
