Hi, I'm Ann Myrick, and today I'm going to show you, how to clean marble floors, or marble surfaces. I'm working with just a small surface right now of marble. And what you want to do is, you want to take a clean cloth, and you want to go back and just wipe everything down first, because you might have a tack, a pin, dirt, that could scratch your marble if you put pressure on it and push it around, push your rag around. So, first just clean your marble, and then you're going to- I'm just going to get my sponge, and use a little bit of dish soap, you could either have a little bucket, and I'm just going to really lather my marble, circular motion, and then I rinse it, and I really like using hot water, so I'm just going to rinse my sponge well, and then with hot water on my sponge, I'm going to go back, I'm going to do it again just to be sure I get all the soap. While I'm doing this, I just want to say, you want to be careful about using a strong abrasive cleaner on your marble, because it will scratch and hurt the marble and dull it, so you want to use something that's very gentle. This is a dry rag, and so I'm just going back to buff, and really dry it. This is Ann Myrick, and that is how you clean marble.
