"Got a special occasion? Throwing a party? Having an event? Hosting an office mixer? Do you need a bartender? My name's Micah, I'm going to show you how to hire a bartender for a private party. There are several ways to go about this. First, you might think about asking your favorite bartender at your local bar if they might be interested. Often, if you have a friendly relationship with somebody before you hire them, the event goes a lot better. You know you can trust them, you already have a rapport with them, and the details are easily worked out between you. Another way to do it is to go online. Craigslist.com, under Gigs, you can help, you can post that you want a bartender, and often, people will advertise their own services on such websites. Another way to do it is look, go to your phonebook. A lot of catering companies offer bar services as well. Now, understand you're going to pay more money when you're hiring through a company rather than straight to an individual, but it might be well worth it for the professionalism. So again, consult your local bartender, or someone you already know. Check online and various websites such as craigslist or your local paper, and also, check out catering companies in your yellow pages; I'm sure you can find a few in your hometown. My name's Micah, and that's how to hire a bartender for a private party."
