"My name is Christine Marquette, and I'm a registered dietitian with the Austin Regional Clinic, and I'm going to talk to you about how to mail order prepared meals. There are actually a lot of different diet delivery programs across the nation, where you can mail order your prepared meals. A variety of options are available. If you want to do strictly frozen dinners, you can go that route. NutriSystems is a very popular program, where you can do that, order frozen foods, or other packaged items, and have that delivered directly to your home. There are other services, such as Diet- to-Go, Chef's Diet, Jenny Craig. Lots of different diet delivery service programs are available, where you can actually order the prepared meals, and have them delivered directly to your home, or if it's more convenient, you can actually have them delivered to your place of work, and you have again, a variety of options. You can also pick from different plans,whether that would be three meals a day, or maybe you just want to do one meal a day. Maybe it's only your dinner meal that you need, or maybe you want meals and snacks. Most of these places offer a variety of options, and they also have a wide range of cost, just depending again, on how many meals you choose to order. Whether you're ordering it for five days a week, or for a full week, a lot of times it will have discounts based on the number of meals that you're actually ordering, so there are a lot of different options for mail ordering your foods. You will definitely want to look into exactly what you need. Whether it's two or three meals a day, whether you need snacks, and again, whether you need them every single day, or maybe just a couple of days out of the week, so those are just some tips on how to mail order prepared meals."
