"What is becoming a private tutor? How to become a private tutor. Something about private tutoring, private tutor goes to the house of the student instead of maybe the student going to a public place like a library and or the school library or something getting tutored by whoever is there offering their services. And getting paid for it. As opposed to also a teacher who is going over new material and teaching things tutoring is just reviewing the material of the day and trying to make sure that there's a good grasp, a good handle conceptually on what's going on in class. I would become a private tutor would be going to, well for example when I was in college I went to the career centers job board and there were plenty of listings for private tutors requests. Another way is word of mouth which is how I got most of my other tutoring jobs and then the last tutoring job that I have been with for a while is a company whom I just called and said I have had tutoring experience I'd like to work as a tutor and he said, I got a job for you tonight. That is how to become a private tutor."
