"Hi I'm Sundae with Natural Sundae and I'm going to show you some really fun and easy ways to incorporate aromatherapy into your massage. Now of course the most obvious thing is to incorporate it into your massage oil which means you can take an ounce of carrier oil like Jojoba or sunflower and drop some six to twelve drops of essential oil in it and now you have an aroma therapy scented massage oil. So that's the most obvious way to incorporate aroma therapy into a massage. Another very, fun and a very relaxing thing to do is make your own air freshener out of essential oil and water and spray it in to the air for your clients. It really sets the mood, helps them take a nice deep clean breath before a massage and it makes the room smell really good which is also a very helpful. Another way you can incorporate aromatherapy is to use the purist essential oil itself in a nice bowl of water. Sometimes when I do a hot stone massage, I'll drop three or four drops of lavender oil right into the water and it, the steam can help disperse the molecules into the air and scent the room very, very nicely. And the last way that you can incorporate aromatherapy is to use an aromatherapy candle. Just always be careful when you are using fire and any sort of open flame in your room and it's always nice to make sure that you make good choices as far as candles, make sure that they are soy based because a lot of candles these days put pollution into the air and you definitely don't want to do that. You are trying to accomplish the opposite here, you are trying to create a nice , a nice clean breath of air for them. So candles, aromatherapy air sprays, aromatherapy oils and putting a little essential oil in some hot water definitely do the trick and make people very relaxed. So I hope you learned a little bit today, I hope you use those yourself. I'm Sundae with Natural Sundae."
