"Hi, have you ever wondered about the history of a massage chair. Well, I'm going to tell you a little bit today. I'm Sundae, with Natural Sundae. Now, the first massage chair was invented in 1986. It weighed thirty-six pounds, and came in a wooden box that quickly expanded into a massage chair. Now, this was a little bit heavy. Thirty-six pounds isn't that much, but if you're lugging it from location to location and it can be quite tiring. So, it took about ten years, but ten years later, in 1996, a new version of a massage chair was built out of metal which made it much lighter for the therapist to carry around, and much more comfortable for the client to sit in; specifically because it contained more padding in the head rest and in the chest guard, which is what my client is sitting in right now. It helps pad the chest, and for ladies this is very important. And then, also you see this chair down here, the seat. So, padding was very, very important and this was embellished a little bit more when the chair was reinvented. So, it took a little while, but the massage chair now enjoys many different kinds and varieties, and there are hundreds of different table, table and chair manufacturers out there, so it's important to pick the one that you like. There are different colors, and and different sizes, and there's a very large variety out there. So, good luck pickin' your chair, and I'm Sundae, with Natural Sundae"
