"Hi, I'm Amelia, and I'm going to show you some different ways to style long hair. With really long hair, the best thing to do with it is to also use a lot of different accessories, head bands, clips, bows, anything that'll add interest and make it so you're not going to want to cut it. 'Cause really, when we cut our hair, it's because we're bored with it. We're wanting something new. So I've got three different things going on on this mannequin. I've got it nice and straight, and sort of fringed in. I've also got one side that's curled, and in the back I've got it just sort of pulled up and twisted around. So these are three different things that you can do on your hair. Super easy. You can use a flat iron, on this side you can use a curling iron. You could also do hot rollers. Hot rollers are great, and all you need to really worry about is just the ends. You don't have to worry about getting all this body up here, 'cause the real trick is keeping it down here. Now, when you're styling your hair with curl, and you're using a curling iron or hot rollers, you're always going to want to make sure you use some sort of thermal protectant. Or even just a light hold hair spray. And that will give your curl a little bit of support. Another thing is whenever you're using....whenever you're twisting your hair up and you're using clips, always make sure that you've got a lot of bobby pins on hand, and a little bit of hairspray, and it's always good to start with a foundation of a ponytail. But with just a few of these ideas and getting creative with some hair accessories, you, too, will not want to cut your long hair, and you'll be able to style it a lot of different ways."
